There are other patterns cut in this like the BLOCK pattern.I personally have never handled one.Not have even talked to one who owns one.This jacket is RARE. vintageproductions Posted April 19, 2019 Share #42 Posted April 19, 2019 This 3-4 pattern m-38 has the seldom seen print stripe.This is the ends of the pattern and the base fabric.To me the white pieces are gems in camouflage items be it pullovers helmet covers or caps but I have never seen a cap with this.It also appears in various camouflage items also.
