Unknown Patch very old looking

Well, I agree with the Finnish flag on the bottom. However, the coat of arms on the top left doesn't exactly match the Finnish CoA. Close enough you could say it was taking liberties. However, I can't find anything to go with the boat in the center or the red and green diagonal stripes.

 

How big is it?

My guess would be: Portuguese. Red and green are the Portuguese colors, the bottom right corner doesn't show the Finnish flag but the Portuguese house of Burgundy shield.

Hi,

 

it is a WW2 French Army patch for the Service Militaire des Chemins de Fer (Military Railroad Service), servicing the Paris-Lyon-Mediterranean line.

 

The symbols are: top left Lyon, center Paris, bottom right Marseille.
