USMCR79 Posted February 11, 2019 Share #1 Posted February 11, 2019 Just acquired this from a friend and it has the long ribbon - It also has the French "Barbell" Mounting Device which leads me to believe that this recipient was an early French or Lafayette Pilot that survived the war. Is there a way to assist in attribution to a recipient? Thanks Bill
