Here is part of a gun show display that I did a few years ago, These are all 100 years of German Police firearms in the display. Almost all are police inspection or property marked and are complete rigs or boxed. A couple of pistols that are not property marked, like a Volkspolizei Makarov rig, have the original police VP paperwork by serial number with them.

 

This display did win a prize in a judged competition.

There were also some Polizei uniforms from different time periods in the display showing how the pistols were worn.

Nice uniforms!

 

I have collected 50 yrs and must have thousands of pics of stuff owned or seen or other friends!

 

Since forum is new I figure to share and show stuff to get others to see or share their stuff!

 

Lots of great guns,daggers and really good stuff to share!

 

Just have to spend some time doing it!

HI SARGE;  GLAD TO. THERE ARE TERRIFIC HISTORICAL ARTIFACTS POSTED HERE ON THIS FORUM AND THE U.S.M.FORUM.  A QUESTION. PLEASE.   THE PISTOLS RANGE FROM  1900 COMMERCIAL ;  WEIMAR AND NAZI ERA TO END WITH A NICE byf42 SET AND A NICE byf43 P38 SET.  WOULD IT BE ACCEPTABLE  TO POST THEM HERE. BEST;     T BIRD

I think your original thought of posting them individually under the appropriate topic is the best way.  That would give viewers more specific information about each pistol so the differences can be be seen.

My Haenel MP44 made in 1944 (fxo - C.G. Haenel, Waffen- u. Fahrrad-Fabrik, Suhl.)

This is was produced prior to the STG44 designation. Shown with a selection of mags: (not limited to) Mkb42, MP43, MP44, STG44.

The Caliber: 7,92 x 33 Kurz Patrone. Ammunition is East German 1961 dated (7,92mm Kz-43 = Kurzpatronen) the copper has some verdigris showing.

The pouches are Yugoslavian military issue and very well made.

The Knife is an original WW2 Germany Luftwaffe fighting knife LUFTWAFFEN-KAMPFMESSER: The ricasso is neatly stamped with the maker mark.
The MP44 buttstock accessories:

Spare firing pin, extractor, gas-tube disassembly tool and manual (repro.) 
This manual was often called "Kolbenfachheft."

(*The firearm here has been internally altered to semi-automatic only, with denial elements.)
