Unknown Ribbon With Crown

Anyone know what this ribbon with a crown is (#4 on the diagram). The others have all been ID'd. It is the ribbon bar of General Samuel E. Anderson, but there is no available list of his foreign decorations.

Almost looks Greek to me.  Tough without a color photo.

Could be the Order of Adolph of Nassau officer with crown from Luxembourg or the Netherlands Order of the Netherlands Lion, just a guess though. Glenn

Glenn, thanks for the suggestions! Both of those use rosettes rather than crowns on the ribbons however.
