Bayern on one side and has the dates : 28.8.184513.6.1886 along with some script writing on the other. It has a red ribbon also. Seems to be made of silver. This site says the pic is too big to load. About ten years ago if my memory is working some wine distributor had these tied around the bottle necks. I doubt that it is silver.
