A nice variety of breadbag straps.  Here is a photo of how the breadbag was worn with and without the strap.  They were also worn on the steel helmet to hold leafs and twigs as camouflage.

Yep, exactly like that.   :love:

 

These straps will often be seen worn in this manner in period photos.  Often with available vegetation stuck in them for camouflage.
