Made of brass and measures about 6 to 7 inches across. Looks like it was temporarily glued and then screwed in place. Is has a Saudi Arabia looking crest but not exactly the same.... no palm trees. numbersix Posted December 14, 2021 Share #3 Posted December 14, 2021 هيتين ٦١٦ is Arabic for 616 HITTEEN, 616 being the ship's pennant number and HITTEEN being the name of the ship. Hitteen was built in 1980 at the Tacoma Boatbuilding Company, Washington, United States, as one of four Badr- class corvettes for the Royal Saudi Navy. The only image I can find online of the ship's crest is a belt buckle; the pennant number on the ship image on this buckle uses western numerals (616) whereas in reality Saudi Arabian ships appear to use Arabic numerals (٦١٦) on their ships : This is Badr class ship TABUK, pennant number PCG-618; the last ship of this class built.
