I have some idea on a couple of these (one is even labled "EAST GERMANY") - the Japanese ones look like reproductions none of them look like they're worth much more than $5

Numbers 1 & 2 look like reproduction WW2 Japanese, tough to see through the pics but they just look too fresh to me. But for the price not a bad deal at all

6 = French M51 TTA (Troupes Toute Armee, 'general issue') helmet

7 = Dutch-made version of the British Mk. II helmet, the shell might even be WW2 made.It will be stamped somewhere, possibly near the rim on the inside.

8 = Spanish I think

10 = British Mk. IV helmet

Number 1 is a reproduction of the "Cherry Blossom" style naval helmet worn during the later 1920's into the mid 1930's made by Nakata in Japan. The ink stamp on the liner pad is one of his company logo's.

Sorry, I forgot Number 2; Reproduction of a Japanese Type 90 WW II helmet. Not sure of the maker....could be a "Nakata" but also could be one of several other current makers from China.

I think this has been in storage long enough to maybe pre-date Chinese militaria knockoffs. I was impressed at how well they are made.

Number 13 is elusive. It has a suspension similar to a US M-1 with six "bails" to hold the suspension. Was anyone using brodie-style helmets after WWII?

Thanks! That led me to this from collectorsweekly.com

WWII era steel helmet made by B.F. McDonald Co. , Los Angeles

these were originally made for civillian workers but were also used by Civil Defense, and the US Merchant Marine on Liberty Ships, also used by the US military during training manuevers , original Olive drab paint and factory decal inside
