bobgee Posted October 23, 2018 Share #1 Posted October 23, 2018 This large document accompanied the award of the German Cross in Gold. This one was awarded to a pilot on 1 April 1943. He flew the Me-110 twin-engine fighter -bomber in a recon role. The document bears the facsimile signature of Herman Goring and has a large impressed stamp on the lower left. This document accompanied his Honor Goblet, Iron Cross 1st Class document and his soldbuch. bobgee Posted October 31, 2018 Author Share #3 Posted October 31, 2018 Here's an example of a German Cross in Gold awarded to one of my Honor Goblet recipients. It unfortunately has had the pin broken off. It was made by the firm of Deschler .
