teamski Posted December 21, 2018 #1 Posted December 21, 2018 I painted up a platoon of German troops for Bolt Action, a WWII tactical miniatures game several years ago. They are a blast to play with! -Ski
KVSkelton Posted December 21, 2018 #8 Posted December 21, 2018 Hi Ski, Fantastic! Those are great looking minis. I have just discovered Bolt Action and am currently putting together a German and a Russian force. Not a lot of folks in my area play, but there are a few. Thankfully our local comic/gaming store is trying to promote the system and has a nice area to hold games. I'm looking forward to doing a lot of painting after the holidays! Thanks for sharing. You've done a great job with those! Kev

Proud Kraut Posted December 21, 2018 #10 Posted December 21, 2018 Wow, you did an amazing paintjob on these tiny figures and tanks, I also like the super-realistic look of the streets and buildings, very well done! Lars
Tony v Posted December 21, 2018 #11 Posted December 21, 2018 Ski Great paint job, well done, they all look fantastic. Super lay lay out. Tony

I also painted up an American army and luckily I got my friends into playing the game. -Ski Thanks Ski. Found out yesterday that one of my co-workers is building a US Army so we'll be able to learn the ropes together before we're sacrificed to the more experienced players, at least! Kev

KVSkelton Posted December 21, 2018 #15 Posted December 21, 2018 Post your figures when you are done! I'd love to see them. -Ski Will do! Will be sometime next month, no doubt. I haven't painted a mini in about ten years, so I have a lot of practicing to do on unrelated figures before anything I do is post worthy! LOL Kev
Old Marine Posted December 21, 2018 #16 Posted December 21, 2018 i don't know anything about the gaming, but the painting on the figures, vehicles and terrain is just fantastic.
teamski Posted December 21, 2018 Author #17 Posted December 21, 2018 If you like this, I highly recommend you visit a miniatures wargaming convention. It is one of the most incredible experiences a military history fan will ever have. -Ski
