Unknown Japanese cloth insignia

These pop up in a lot of old Japanese insignia collections.

 

Have seen numerous id's, mostly home front related or War Workers.

 

Does anyone know exact id?

A children's school emblem for their hats....all Japanese children wear them and they still do. During the war there were the same type worn by children later going into the naval service. I may have one and will post a picture if I can figure out how to do that.
