Need some help on a few new items

I have no idea, just a swag, but maybe depot refurbished? Guessing Q64 is the original stamp and DN5 was added later? It would explain why the paint and liner look so new on a helmet that *should* have had decals on it and was probably a few years old when the war ended. As I recall, the decals went away with the M42, some early ones had a single decal and the later ones had none. I no expert and have been out of German collecting for a long time though!
