In 2009 I got to participate in a soldier exchange with the Chilean Armed Forces. While I was there I traded for varying parts of their uniform. This patrol cap is ripstop and made of a lighter cotton than US caps. The three vents on either side of the cap are well needed for use in the Atacama Desert.
