mohawkALSE Posted August 24, 2019 Share #7 Posted August 24, 2019 Is it totally sterile inside? No markings or sizes etc? It looks like the camo pattern I used to see mentioned for Border Guards in the late 80s I believe.
motorhate Posted November 9, 2022 Share #8 Posted November 9, 2022 This is a KGB border guard Spetsodezhda Type I camo uniform. "Spetsodezhda" translates to "special purpose uniform" and this was issued from 1981-82. The actual pattern was known as "stair-step" pattern for obvious reasons. These uniforms were also issued to airborne units subordinated to the KGB border guards and worn with the blue and white striped telnyashka.
