Yes, the black finished bayonet is a nice Imperial KS98 bayonet made by Weyersberg, Kirshbaum, and Company. This is the short bladed KS98 made for Officers and NCOs. The nickel finished one is later.

Here is another black paint finished KS98 with black checkered wood grips. It has been de-milled by the Germans by removing the press button in the pommel for wear after 1918. This was a requirement of the Inter-Allied Arms Commission in 1918. These short model KS98 were intended for wear by Officers and NCOs.

These would be Dress Bayonets?

 

Yes, these are classified as "Extra-Seitengewehre" or extra quality edged weapons sidearms that were privately purchased and not an item of issue.
