CDV of a Papal Soldier Circa 1860

I recently picked up this CDV of Franz Xavier Wiget, and the description below his name says that he served in the Pope's army. The medal on the far right looks like the Pro Petri Sede, bestowed by the Holy See for participation in the campaign of 1859/1860. Does anyone recognize the other two medals?
