Need info on US SODO combat ops patch

Need help ID'ing this patch. Is this an Army or AF ? What do the letters stand for? Thanks.

It has Air Force acrynyms. TACE is Tactical Air Control Element. Looks like Republic of Korea on map and also has the blue and red yen and yang.

Maybe that will help narrow it down. Not too sure about the rest.
