Bob Hudson Posted June 12, 2020 Share #1 Posted June 12, 2020 This is a WWII Morse Code radio key, sometimes called a telegraph key although a telegraph system is wired, while this and most other military keys are used in wireless radio system. I don't have a model number for this but in looking around online, I found references to this type - called a "miniature" key by collectors - being used in tanks and command cars. The key has a weighted base it can slide in and out of: there is also a removable cover that protects the key. There is a metal label mounted on top.
