SARGE Posted August 6, 2020 Share #1 Posted August 6, 2020 Gents, These are Czech (Bohemia & Moravia) edged weapon knots used during WWII German occupation. The Portepee with a lion on the stem was worn on B/M Officer swords. The Troddel was worn on B/M bayonets along with the smaller NCO style Portepee. These knots are shown in Reibert German soldier manuals in uniform plates of the collaborationist Czech military and police. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
