nkumburis Posted October 24, 2020 #1 Posted October 24, 2020 All, I hope your day is going well. I was doing some shopping at a local antique mall and noticed this odd bayonet. I am no expert on bayonets so I am unsure which model/country/time period it is from but I'm assuming it is WW1? Potential Uruguayan base on some basic research? Any opinions and comments are appreciate, thanks in advance! Nick K
mikie Posted October 27, 2020 #2 Posted October 27, 2020 It reminds me of some of the pre-WWI type French bayonets, but it's also different from the ones I am familiar with. But I'm FAR from any kind of expert on the subject. Good luck with an ID. Mikie
