Need help identifying. Dated on back 1945. Hallmarked LE Locle Huguenin C.I.C.R. I.K.R.K. I am guessing Swiss Army Medic. Any help would be appreciated.

It's an International Committee of the Red Cross pin. C.I.C.R. means Comité International de la Croix Rouge or Comitato Internazionale per la Croce Rossa, and I.K.R.K. means Internationale Komitee vom Roten Kreuz (Switzerland has multiple official languages: French, Italian, and German I believe).

The International Committee of the Red Cross are based in Geneva, Switzerland. It is not military but they did conduct work during World War 2 inspecting Prison of War camps and so on.

The maker of this pin, Huguenin, are still in business.
