Type 94 tankette in North China

[Old Marine]

This is an old resin kit of a Japanese Type 94 Tankette.  I made this shadow box about 15-20 years ago and just rediscovered it while digging through a box.  (Rooting through storage boxes seems to be a Covid-19 pastime) Anyway, I think the Japanese officer/tanker figures are from Fine Molds.  
 

I think I could do better with the background, by I am just going to leave it as it is.  You normally see Japanese figures depicted in tropical or South Pacific environments,  I thought the mountains and snow of Northern China would be an interesting variation.

Great shadow box, Dennis! I must admit I haven´t seen this tankette and figures before. Excellent detail and top notch painting. And yes, please don´t change the background. The blue colors give the whole vignette a very very cold atmosphere. Thanks for sharing this modeling gem!
