Royal Canadian Army Medical Corps Battledress. Dated 1944, with the c-broad arrow stamp. It is missing insignia on the right shoulder. Can some one tell me what the rank is. What does the grey rectangle patch represent?  Are the three stripes on the right cuff for years of service?

This battle dress is a captains battle dress for the Royal Canadian Army Medical Corps, the rectangular patch is for the 3rd Canadian DIvision. And yes, the three chevrons represent 3 years service. A very nice WW2 Canadian uniform!
