Persian Gulf Command Posted February 10, 2021 Share #1 Posted February 10, 2021 Like to share my two "top shelf" German Camo Helmets. First one is an FJR6 battle veteran w/ well worn sawdust camo and the Second is a M42 with wood chip camo that was most likely never in the field for very long. snake36bravo Posted August 12, 2021 Share #3 Posted August 12, 2021 I agree. They are both top shelf helmets. The FJR6 camo is closer to my heart though and is a grail item. So iconic and specific. Is there any background on it at all prior to you getting it? I know we should always believe the item not the story however these items sometimes come with infallible history. Thanks for sharing these. M42s are aesthetically more pleasing to my eye than the M35/M40 models.

Fortunes Of War Posted August 13, 2021 Share #6 Posted August 13, 2021 I love the FJ helmet; completely un-messed with example. The bolts look pristine through the paint...
