It looks good to me. The number style of engraving is similar to mine. The price would play a factor.

Hello, I just got this piece today in the mail(the pictures posted earlier were the ones from the site) and after looking at it it appears that the star doesn't fit perfectly on the spire.  You can see a gap between the enameled star area and the gold spire piece at the top right.  I didn't see this before and was wondering if this has been seen before and if this is a bad sign

As gunnertwo commented it appears to be good. I can’t say beyond any doubt that these haven’t been copied but with as many that were issued during the war it wouldn’t be financially profitable. I’m with gunnertwo that they’re good.
