AB45 Posted March 8, 2021 Share #1 Posted March 8, 2021 Hy At the weekend I found this bird in an ordinary corn field. I was very happy about that. The eagle is a little smaller than the normal bonnet eagle with the three cotter pins. This was fastened in the middle with just a split pin. I'm still puzzling where it's going. Tom Kibler Posted November 9, 2021 Share #2 Posted November 9, 2021 This looks like a Heer eagle. It was often the style to push back the wings and crimp it, while fastened to their visor cap. Pics of the reverse?
