Czechoslovakian metal pin with parachute & dates 1947 1979

Is this pin military or possibly civilian parachute item? Thanks for any help.

That is an image of a Czechoslovakian paratrooper badge like the pair pictured below.  It must be for some sort of 50 year anniversary.  However per my data this badge was worn from 1945 through 1951.   This button refutes this as they are saying it didn't come about until 1947 not 1945.  There is a really good copy of this badge out there but they are easy to spot as they all share the same serial number of 4451.
