Jack the Collector Posted April 25, 2021 Share #2 Posted April 25, 2021 They are for civilian employee's of the German armed forces, on October 1 1941 these non-uniformed civilians were authorized wear of a identifying lapel badge when serving the armed forces in both occupied and collaborating countries.
