We’re these manufactured during WW2 and still used into Viet Nam or made later than 1945? Supposed to have been used by French colonial troops?

Is there anything stamped on the blade?  Anything stamped inside the scabbard?  The French have been using that design since before World War One.

"Tirailleur Machette et fourreau cuir fauve". The French Colonial troops were reported to have had a fondness for carrying these.
