I have a friend who was solicited for the show.  He told them what was for sale & they scripted the rest.   
 

There is staff that do a walk through prior to the cast arrival.  On rare occasion, a seller parts with something not originally on the table.  
 

TR stuff is a “No-no” on set.  Anything TR sold, is done off camera.  
 

I used to see shots, when the show first came out, of the guys loading the truck with multiple items never shown on camera.
