Croix de Guerre

Need some help determining what the officers uniform signifies. It was taken at the post de secours at Hüss in Alsace in May-June 1915.1740724080_DBDIIIWWOne1037p.jpg.c9eda4f60e8b8b88fa5501bcf1a161ff.jpg
