Beautiful Yosegaki Hinomaru I purchased a couple months ago. Dan King kindly translated it for me. Had it framed and is now on my wall next to my other flag. Here is the translation from Dan King(the circled characters in the 2nd photo is the expression):

The flag has 56 signatures and one expression, "Long Life, Victory in Battle"
The kanji "KUN" 君 (which appears after the soldiers name on these types of flags) does not appear on this flag.
