German 9mm ammo head stamp meaning?

Can someone tell me what the markings on the ammo means?

 

Found these in a box at an estate sale.

 

dnh St+ 9 44

According to the head stamp the rounds were made in 1944 by "dnh".  "dnh" was the code for Rheinisch-Westfalische Sprengstoff AG Werk Durlach bei Karlsruhe.  A well known ammunition maker during the war.

HELLO BOY HOWDY.  A BIT  MORE ON THE AMMO.  OF COURSE  SARGE IS RIGHT WITH THE LOCATION. THE  St+ INDICATES AN IMPROVED STEEL CASE WITH STRONGER CASE HEAD AND THE  6  INDICATES THE LOT NUMBER.  HEAD STAMPS READ AT   12oCLOCK. 6 AND  9 ARE EASY TO REVERSE .  BEST;  T BIRD
