SARGE Posted July 7, 2021 Share #2 Posted July 7, 2021 According to the head stamp the rounds were made in 1944 by "dnh". "dnh" was the code for Rheinisch-Westfalische Sprengstoff AG Werk Durlach bei Karlsruhe. A well known ammunition maker during the war.

T BIRD Posted April 1, 2023 Share #4 Posted April 1, 2023 HELLO BOY HOWDY. A BIT MORE ON THE AMMO. OF COURSE SARGE IS RIGHT WITH THE LOCATION. THE St+ INDICATES AN IMPROVED STEEL CASE WITH STRONGER CASE HEAD AND THE 6 INDICATES THE LOT NUMBER. HEAD STAMPS READ AT 12oCLOCK. 6 AND 9 ARE EASY TO REVERSE . BEST; T BIRD
