New Nazi Era Polizei Photograph, Seeking Brief Translation

Hello Gents,  I recently obtained another period era, Nazi Polizei man's  photograph which I would love to have translated. I think, although am not positive that it's of an Gendamerie Officer. If anyone would please be so kind as to provide me with an English translation of the inscription bon its Reverse, I will be extremely appreciative. THANK YOU

UPDATE:  I do APOLOGIZE for the Photos Reverse being upside down, but unfortunately, that's the the way I had to download it in. Hopefully that can be overcome enough to translate it ?
