Ben@HI Posted July 29, 2021 Share #1 Posted July 29, 2021 I picked up a wakizashi brought back from WW2 or at least I think it's a wakizashi it's really curved. Maybe the head off a pole weapon turned into a wakizashi? It's odd to me because of the server curvature also with a 22" blade it's pretty big for a wakizashi. The sori is pretty deep, almost similar to a naginata, but the rest of the construction doesn't suggest that. The tang looks pretty old with that corrosion. Sorry I can't help with the translation.
