Posting in the France section as I have read these went to France

Need help to identify this little guy, I found that it was made in Spain...I found Stosels made in 1912 and 1914 but none in 1913 with a No.1 pattern stamp

Serial number on the frame is 3 digit, under the left grip..non matching magazine, but the barrel is stamped 109, nothing on the slide for SNs...is it civilian or military?

It hates hollow points, the only .32 ACP that I found...so far

the finish is black and worn ...

Nice little pistol. About 10 years ago was given one of these with provenance of being brought back by a N.Z. Soldier who got it from a German N.C.O.  These small Ruby style pistols were private purchase and the N.C.O. Would wear them as side arms with their dress uniforms whilst out of the line.
