Mark K Posted December 11, 2021 Share #1 Posted December 11, 2021 Spanish Model 65 M-1 Medic this particular helmet was used by the Marines and not the infantry, it is sporting the plastic chin-cup and 8-shaped hardware with factory light olive green, matte, IR paint ( " Infra-Red ").' The liner is of Spanish origins as well and is nicely marked with the Fedur stamp series C US M1 later type liner and headband, Overlapping fabric with buckle with adjustments at the ends. Liner straps consist of -A-yokes with single fabric straps and chin-cup and are fastened with a roller friction buckle and a rectangular nape strap that has been fitted at three points.. Helmet body has a two piece fabric strap with plastic chin-cup figure 8 style fastener plus two large pop studs as a safety release..
