These carbines were modified several times.  Yours has been modified to take the more modern Spitzer cartridge with the large "S" struck through the original barrel markings.  It seems your stock has been replaced from the struck out top serial number.  I don't see the original sling swivels on the underside of the stock so just the side mounted sling.  These went all over Europe after WWI as well as being modified by the Austrians, Hungarians, and Germans while still in use.
