I searched using Google and it seems that most of what pops up are French Foreign Legion badges, etc.  I didn't see any pocket hanger amongst those photos.  The grenade is used in many French insignias and sewn on the kepi in various colors to represent different branches.  

I thought it might be some Command organization.

French Army was my first thought as well. I have owned a lot of French Army Artillerie pocket hangers with similar elemts, red/blue color and flaming bomb. Here´s one example attached. I have searched the net as well but couldn´t find it yet.

It is a puzzler; as far as I know the Foreign Legion grenade has seven flames whereas the insignia posted appears to only have five flames and the two wing flames are ridged on the outside which does not seem to be reflected in the Foreign Legion insignia.

I am now thinking that it may be Belgian since I acquired it with Belgian and French medals from the Korean War era.
