Rod Posted January 30, 2022 #7 Posted January 30, 2022 I don't know about the red lines but the armband says: Top: 公用證 Official Business Witness --- 第14 Number (armband/person #14 in a sequence) Bottom: 満州2686部隊 = Manchuria 2686 Butai 2686 was the code number for the 25th Anti-Aircraft Regiment, which was ultimately sent to Saipan. The photo is upside down, this is correct:
