patches Posted February 7, 2022 Share #1 Posted February 7, 2022 Hoisted high on VE Day in London by GIs is Nationalist Chinese Soldier, an Officer, he was probably a member of Nationalist China's Allied Military Mission to England right.

patches Posted June 8, 2022 Author Share #7 Posted June 8, 2022 Nationalist Chinese Sailors date location unknown, but before they changed Cuff Devices, the Wheat Wreath is still used, forgot date they changed them, I think changed them to Stars. Hsin C. Posted June 9, 2022 Share #8 Posted June 9, 2022 They changed a lot of the officer uniforms after the war to similar US style. There were a few Royal Navy trained Chinese sailors post war. Most of them were sailors of the HMS Aurora which was transferred to the Chinese navy as the ROCN Chungking. They wore RN uniforms.
patches Posted January 7, 2023 Author Share #9 Posted January 7, 2023 Nationalist Chinese Soldier in Burma, armed with a Tommy Gun, probably British supplied like his Helmet, I think celebrating the Surrender of Italy in September 1943.
