I hung this up yesterday. It's marked London 1940, 3X5, W(up arrow)D, and 5th Y&L REGT. I'm really happy with it.

Very nice. I have a similarly constructed wartime flag with the relatively thin cotton panels stitched together that i believe is Canadian made without markings.
