What and when is this Italian cap...Heavy Artillery I know...but age? Looks like 20's or 30's...

No maker.  If this is from the 1903 era pattern, it's too well preserved to be believed...but would anyone fake that?  From a large hoard of military stuff that was not identified.  Likely collected in the 70's.  Thanks in advance!
