I found these e-tools in the rafters in my basement and I am not even sure where they came from. With that said I have been looking at photos of e-tools for hours and I cannot seem to ID what country these two are from. The folding one has no marks on it and it kinda of looks like a German WWII e-tool. With that said there are obvious differences and and the other one has a triangle with 1997 under it and that is the only marking. Any help is appreciated!

Folding one might be the Dutch copy of the German Klappspaten... if folded, is the head flush to the handle or at a slight angle?

I thought it was Dutch but I ruled it out because they have a ball at the end of the handle. There is also a strip of steel at the base of the spade I guess to re-enforce the tool. But i do appreciate your input.  Thanks!
