Original Collar Tabs, Hat Devices, and Wings?

Hello folks, first post on the World Forum. I picked these up from an estate sale last weekend. I am a US collector, so I literally know nothing about Japanese insignia, but I had to pick these up. My question is, what are they, and are they original? I tested them under a blacklight, and the tabs on the top glow (see photo) but the rest don't. Thanks for any information!

It all looks good to me. You have a lot of interesting pieces. Most of it is rank, but some good badges too.
