Some of My Canadian Medals

The first photo is of a humble CVSM and War Medal pair without the overseas clasp. For some reason, the full-size medals have their planchets backwards, but the miniatures are correct. I also managed to get a nice miniature pair consisting of the United Nations Emergency Force Medal and the Canadian Forces Decoration. I love that the minis are court-mounted - that just looks so much nicer than swing mounting.

 

Edit: I forgot to mention that I have a few medals from World War I, but I will post those separately when I have more time to go into detail about things. Thanks for looking!

 

 

Next up, a Special Service Medal w/ "NATO+OTAN" clasp & Canadian Forces Decoration and Bar pair named to Cpl. J.A. R*O*B*E*R*G*E. Unfortunately, I don't have any information on this soldier (or airman).
