Lets make this an ongoing topic like on USMF for U.S. Battle Damaged helmets, post them here as you see them.

 

Double Decal M35, I think in Poland in September 1939.

A Luftwaffe Flak Crewman took a hit to the head, shrapnel or a bullet piercing helmet, probably in the USSR, unit and date though unknown.

one we just got in from Russia-

Don't think this guy was as lucky.

A Battle Damaged Helmet hanging on a Tiger Tank, probably one of the crews helmet, helmet may have suffered the jagged shrapnel hole by being their when tank was under fire rather then it being actually worn on crewman's head

Come across this one, looks like he is wearing a damaged helmet, a somewhat large hole in it

These Germans, unit either I believe is the 62nd Infantry Division, serving along side Italian Soldiers, 52nd Infantry Division "Torino"  somewhere in Army Group South near Stalingrad in September 1942.

Here is a neat shell I picked up recently, was found in Oregon and was told it was found at a estate sale of a WWII vet on the east coast some years ago.
