The crossed Roman type swords with flowers on the back buttons and the scepter insignia makes me think Italian maybe even pre-WWII. The medallion portion of WWII Fascist Mussolini Medal came out of the same booth area. Any help with identity and value appreciated. Make it a fair value as I will list in FS section on Forum.
