phillock Posted June 27, 2022 Share #1 Posted June 27, 2022 Hi Team I'm looking for more info on this modern era cloth wing. The offical name: Dates of Use: What I have come up with is these could be German made wings (based on Bragg and Turner which has (GER) next to wing, but are they for use by German Fallschrimjager or are they French made for French Para? Although what I have seen is the v shaped bottom of French style subdued. cheers Phill
Grunt1SG Posted August 8, 2022 Share #2 Posted August 8, 2022 I recently came across the same style wings and have the same questions.
phillock Posted October 14, 2022 Author Share #3 Posted October 14, 2022 Hi 1SG Apologies thought this would notify me on any updates. Royal Laos Parachute Wing Subdued. Now I think this style is for US Personnel (SF MTT/FTX) working with Royal Laos Army re FM 600–8–22, Appendix D, dated 18 OCT 2019 Cheers Phill
Grunt1SG Posted October 15, 2022 Share #4 Posted October 15, 2022 They don't look Laotian to me. The Laotian design is completely different according to B&T.
Ivydiv Posted October 17, 2022 Share #5 Posted October 17, 2022 Not Laotian
